Election of representatives to Doctoral Councils of the Doctoral Schools and Doctoral Councils of the Faculties for the term 2022/2023

Doctoral Council of the Doctoral Schools
The Election Committee of the PhD Students’ Union announces the dates for the election of representatives of PhD students to the Doctoral Councils of the Doctoral Schools for the term 2022/2023. Election meetings will be held via the Google Meet platform, voting will be conducted using the Ankieter. The template for consent to candidacy can be found here. The completed and signed document should be submitted to the PhD Students’ Union Office (24 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, room 110) during its working hours no later than the working day preceding the election. Consents can also be submitted by sending them to e-mail addresses: doktoranci@samorzad.uw.edu.pl and komisjawyborczasd@uw.edu.pl. Consents submitted via e-mail may be signed: by hand (in which case, if the original is not submitted within 5 days of the election day) or by qualified signature/trusted profile/e-ID signature (in which case, there is no obligation to submit a physical version). Only doctoral students studying at the respective doctoral schools may participate in the election.
