Meeting with the Vice-Rector for Cooperation and Staff Affairs

Following highly successful negotiations with the directors of the doctoral schools and the Vice-Rector for Doctoral Affairs, Prof. Adam Niewiadomski, the Board of the Doctoral Students’ Council also met with Prof. Dr. hab. Sambor Grucza, Vice-Rector for Cooperation and Staff Affairs.

During the meeting, we discussed in particular the living conditions of doctoral candidates, as well as issues related to parenthood during doctoral education. It was an important opportunity to address the challenges faced by doctoral candidates and to consider possible directions for support.

Additionally, we received valuable guidance related to labour law, which will be helpful in our further efforts on behalf of the doctoral community.
